As part of the Chinese New Year Festival, Xin Cheng, Mongoose Chen and Chris Berthelsen presented a market stall asking festival goers to share their home remedies. They collected stories of the things people made to remedy things around their houses. The project was part of “Makeshift” a series of events during March and April 2015, organised by Xin Cheng with Chris Berthelsen, Mongoose Chen, Melanie Kung, and Ariane Craig-Smith, using research as a starting point for generating conversations and activities with a diverse range of collaborators.
